How we got our start
Basso Fedele & Figli Srl is a company that has been operating since 1094 in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil, Pure Olive Oil, Pomace Oil, Peanut Oil, Corn Oil, Soy Oil, Grapreseed Oil, Rice Oil, and oils from other seeds.

Basso is a family Olearia in Southern Italy. Attention to detail is the upmost importance.

I love the smell of black truffles. This oil enhances the flavor of anything you put it on. I especially love it on a salad. Of course , it is also great on pasta

Literally smells and tastes like plain olive oil. Was looking for a cheaper alternative to Truff but this is not it. This is the La Croix of truffle oil. They bottled olive oil then had someone yell the word truffle at the closed bottle. It’s just expensive, mediocre olive oil.

The flavor is fake, but it’s a reasonable approximation and about as good as you’ll get for the price

First be a spray bottle. Much easier to use. Great on all foods especially cooked mushrooms. Just good on everything you want to have the flavor explode.
