    I’ve been using this everyday. I noticed a difference. It says to only use 2 droppers a day which is 1 ml twice. If you are familiar with Barbara O Neil is she mentions you cans safely take up to 4000mg a day. So although taking this tinct 2x a day has been working it would be nice to know just how many milligrams that is. Please list the dosage on your label!!!!!

    I’ve been using to aid in blood pressure management for several years. And always great quality, but the last batch was not usual, very thick, like it had been the bottom of the barrel, so to speak, and tossed it. But, I will order again, it works for my blood pressure management. I put drops in my coffee every morning along with olive leaf drops, and oat milk, it’s delicious.
