Nature’s Plaque Cleaners

Natural ways to clean plaque from blood vessels

Hawthorn berry is a common fruit which is also a powerful plaque cleaner. It is produced by hawthorn trees which grow all around the Northern Hemisphere. It is commonly available as a freeze-dried powder or as a concentrated, liquid extract. It aids with thickened arteries and sclerosis, hypertension, arrhythmia, oxidation, heart failure, and plaque.

Natto is a traditional Japanese dish with a superpower. Natto is made of fermented soybeans and contains nattokinase. Nattokinase is an enzyme that aids in key circulatory maintenance and repair. It helps remediate blood clots, thickened arteries and sclerosis, high blood pressure, LDL oxidation, and cholesterol imbalance. It has even been shown to potentially be used with ginseng as a remedy for shrinking plaque in the aorta.

Details

Hawthorn berry is suspected to achieve its medicinal benefits from flavonoids. Flavonoids are commonly responsible for pigmenting fruit and many are antioxidants. They are responsible for much of the therapeutic value reported to be found in cacao, tea, and wine. One study found hawthorn berry to be as effective as the medication Captopril. It has demonstrated great promise in potential use as a supplement. Hawthorn is often used in combination with modern medicine as a complement. It has even been used as a non-invasive therapy option to potentially avoid surgery for minor circulatory conditions such as pulsatile tinnitus.

Nattokinase is a fibrinolytic protein which factors directly into the clotting process by helping to resolve clotting and remove clots after inflammatory events. One study found a decrease in thrombosis by 88% in only 6 hours after nattokinase usage. It also decreases blood pressure and lipids in the bloodstream.
